At Shopzy we ship trusted health & wellness products across India through reliable courier partners. This page explains how, when, and where we deliver.
Delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your PIN code. Metro cities are typically delivered within 3–4 days.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹499. A flat fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched you receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number.
Delivery coverage
We deliver to 27,000+ PIN codes across India. If your area is not serviceable, our team will contact you within 24 hours and issue a full refund.
Undelivered orders
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal, we will reach out to reschedule delivery. Repeated failed attempts may incur a redelivery fee.
