Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return window

Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests after this window cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

  • Product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging
  • All labels, tags and seals must be intact
  • Order invoice must be included

Non-returnable items

For health & safety reasons, opened consumables, personal-care, hygiene and intimate-wellness products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

How to request a return

  1. Email support@shopzyproduct.shop with your order number and reason
  2. Our team will approve and schedule a reverse pickup within 24–48 hours
  3. Pack the product securely and hand it to the courier
  4. Once received and inspected, the refund is initiated

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Damaged or wrong product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
