Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Return window
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests after this window cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
- Product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging
- All labels, tags and seals must be intact
- Order invoice must be included
Non-returnable items
For health & safety reasons, opened consumables, personal-care, hygiene and intimate-wellness products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
How to request a return
- Email support@shopzyproduct.shop with your order number and reason
- Our team will approve and schedule a reverse pickup within 24–48 hours
- Pack the product securely and hand it to the courier
- Once received and inspected, the refund is initiated
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
Damaged or wrong product
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
