Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any order before it is shipped. Once the courier has picked up your parcel, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can still return it under our 7-day return policy.

1. Sign in and open My Account, or
2. Email support@shopzyproduct.shop with your order number

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders do not require any action.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, delivery-location issues or suspected fraud. A full refund is always issued when this happens.
